HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP? 

Our inventory generally stays in stock and ships within 5-7 Business Days. Some Orders can take up to 10 Business Days. We are a small shop with only a handful of employees who care deeply about getting you hand-crafted quality products and building a Brand that you will continue to love. We are not a big box fulfillment. We built Dixie Grace from the ground up. We have a small retail shop with a workshop where we make most of our items. 

**Apparel Printing Schedule** - we do not own any printers in house for DTF or Screen Print work. Our specialty is hand-crafted wax, bath & body, and laundry products. We simply do not have room for more equipment that we are not experts in. What we do have are in house graphic designers and excellent vendors who print both our work and work we purchase from other designers. Both prints and blanks are purchased weekly and run through our presses when they arrive. As soon as they are ready, we text/email for pickup and ship. We hope to grow this side of our business into doing two runs a week of prints soon and expect that to be the case in Q4. Operating our print schedule this way allows us to bring YOU the color you want in the brand you want in the print you want and for custom work like personalized sports and team apparel. DEFECTS/DAMAGES

Please inspect all orders upon arrival and notify us via email within 3 business days of any defective or damaged product at customerservice@dixiegracecandleco.com. Once we determine the issue, we will let you know what to do with the defective/damaged product and issue a refund or replacement product. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your products and Dixie Grace! 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please email customerservice@dixiegracecandleco.com to request a Return Shipping Label. We will accept Returns up to 14 Days after your Order arrives to you with a 15% restocking fee to cover return shipping.

Any product that is returned should be free of any damage, pet hair, signs of wearing or use, smoke, cooking smells, and should still have the tags attached to the Item being returned. 

If your Return arrives in poor condition back to us, we will not be able to issue a Refund or Store Credit for it. Return Shipping costs for that Item will be the responsibility of the Shipper/Original Purchaser (you) if you want it sent back after we determine we can't accept it. 

We will do our best to offer an Exchange if we have the product in stock. If not, we can issue a Refund or Store Credit as long as we have the Return up to 14 Days from the date your Order arrives to you. 


SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are $6.99 Flat Rate for Orders totaling $99.99 or less. Any Orders over $100, will receive free Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping includes, but is not limited to - USPS Priority, USPS First Class Mail, or FedEx Ground. If you need an immediate service such as Overnight or Express Services, please email us at customerservice@dixiegracecandleco.com to discuss the quickest options with pricing. 

$50 Insurance is included with every Dixie Grace Order. If you require more insurance on your Order, please email us at customerservice@dixiegracecandleco.com after placing your Order. 


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Dixie Grace accepts all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and an installment payment plan through Sezzle. In order to use Sezzle, we require a minimum Order of $75.
