Our inventory generally stays in stock and ships within 3-5 business days. If your order will not ship within 3-5 business days, we will notify you via email. During Q4, orders may take 5-7 days to ship due to the holiday season. Please email us at customerservice@dixiegracecandleco.com with any questions or concerns. 


We currently offer six products in our Hand-Crafted Home Fragrance Line - 8 oz Candle Tins, 16 oz Candle Tins, 3 oz Wax Melts, 6 oz Room & Linen Spray, Goat’s Milk Foaming Hand Soap, and Whipped Soap. We have several new products coming to you in 2021! Make sure you're signed up for texts and emails! 


Please inspect all orders upon arrival and notify us via email within 3 business days of any defective or damaged product at customerservice@dixiegracecandleco.com. Once we determine the issue, we will let you know what to do with the defective/damaged product and issue a refund or replacement product. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your products and Dixie Grace! 


Please email customerservice@dixiegracecandleco.com to request a Return Shipping Label. We will accept Returns up to 14 Days after your Order arrives to you with a 15% restocking fee to cover return shipping.

Any product that is returned should be free of any damage, pet hair, signs of wearing or use, smoke, cooking smells, and should still have the tags attached to the Item being returned. 

If your Return arrives in poor condition back to us, we will not be able to issue a Refund or Store Credit for it. Return Shipping costs for that Item will be the responsibility of the Shipper/Original Purchaser (you) if you want it sent back after we determine we can't accept it. 

We will do our best to offer an Exchange if we have the product in stock. If not, we can issue a Refund or Store Credit as long as we have the Return up to 14 Days from the date your Order arrives to you. 


Orders are $6 Flat Rate for Orders totaling $99.99 or less. Any Orders over $100, will receive free Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping includes, but is not limited to - USPS Priority, USPS First Class Mail, or FedEx Ground. If you need an immediate service such as Overnight or Express Services, please email us at customerservice@dixiegracecandleco.com to discuss the quickest options with pricing. 

$50 Insurance is included with every Dixie Grace Order. If you require more insurance on your Order, please email us at customerservice@dixiegracecandleco.com after placing your Order. 


Dixie Grace accepts all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and an installment payment plan through Sezzle. In order to use Sezzle, we require a minimum Order of $75.
